Hi everyone I was just getting tired of not being motivated after my third baby...a beautiful girl that is...that I decided to do this blog. I have an amazing supportive husband and handsome little guy that keep me occupied at home. Therefore I thought that by posting my weight loss and how hard it really is, I would finally get started in losing the weight and doing it in a healthy way. Any female that has kids and a family to run, knows how hard it is to lose the weight once the baby is born. I will be posting my weight loss adventure for all of you to see. But most importantly for everyone to see that it can be done in a healthy manner. If anyone has any type of comments, good or bad are accepted, concerning my ways of losing the weight please don't hesitate to let me know. I love to hear other peoples point of views and even try them out. Hey and if you even want to join in the weight loss DO IT!!!! Exercising and eating right is a good thing that everyone should be doing it. Letting your family see that you are being healthy will motivate them to do the same....So this coming Sunday I'll be posting my first picture and letting you all know what my weekly schedule will be. I'll be posting pictures on a weekly basis and my schedules too. Remember that I will be accepting any comments please....I can't wait to start on this journey.....
