So I found this new workout by Lindsay Cappotelli which is awesome. It's something that you can do at home without any equipment. I hope you enjoy it.  It reminds me alot of cross-fit without the equipment. Check out her blog.  She gives alot of advice and exercises.

So I've been trying to find ways to have our son speak Spanish to us more often.  I think one of the best ways is to integrate things he loves.  I found this video on You Tube in Spanish. It's of Caillou one of his favorite cartoons.  I hope you can all enjoy this as our son does.

My taekwondo KID

Today was our son's testing for taekwondo.  He's going from orange belt to yellow belt.  This sport has really gave our son confidence, respect, discipline, and obedience.  He's in the Black Belt Club.  I recorded clips of his testing I hope you enjoy.....

I just wanted to tell you a little about myself. I'm a true believer that God comes above anyone or anything in my life. He has given me everything and everyone in my life. Everything in life happens for a reason. I'm a wife to my true love Damian. God placed him in front of me for a reason. To get peace, love, understanding, and someone to grow old with.

 

 

 

 

A miracle happened numerous of times and our Lord gave us some children. My daughter Isabella was born in 2006 but unfortunately passed away. She's in heaven now and is my little Guardian Angel. Then in 2008 our baby boy Brenden was born. He's a very smart boy. He loves sports and Taekwondo. He currently keeps me really busy. Our daughter came along in 2012. She's really cute. Always smiling and eating. I have the perfect family. God truly blessed me and I'm so grateful to him. I will always be thankful. 

 



 

I'm a stay at home mom.  I thank my husband so much for allowing me to do this.  He's a really hard worker and provides for his family, US.  Because I'm a stay at home mom I try to find ways not to spend that much money in order for us to save.  I have found ways to save by couponing, surveying, and finding DEALS !!! I'm also dedicated to staying in SHAPE. I believe that in order for me to have inner peace I must have outer peace as well and exercising does this for me.  I'm an avid runner. 

 

I also believe that us as parents are teachers to our children. I love to teach new things on a daily basis to our kids.  I want to guide them in a faithful education.

X-mas Ideas

So I found these fabulous cute cards in WALMART. I saw them when I went shopping on Black Friday. They're cute ideas not only to do ART's and CRAFTS with your children but to also save a couple of dollars. I've been making them with my son on a daily basis and I'm going to be sending them out with our family Christmas cards. Oh and the make your own ornaments are cute. Not only am I reminiscing on the pictures but my child is learning about our family tree too. The price was about $4 in the Crafts area in Walmart. I would recommend these two items to any family.

The Notebook

Hello there once again.  I've been pretty busy trying to maintain my home and my activities.  It's so hard trying to exercise, take care of my two kids, teaching my son his daily lesson plans, taking care of my husband (who I adore so much) and much much more.  I have made this notebook that has all my things to do.  From daily activities. To my blogging. From personal budget and my money making sites.  It has taken me about two weeks to actually go by it, but I finally did.  I actually got the idea from moneysavingmom.com. She has amazing ideas on everything.  You should log in her site to get amazing ideas on how to do basically everything that we moms must do on a daily basis. I made these two forms in order to track my children's clothing record for the following year.  If I buy ahead of time I can find there clothes in either clearance racks, end of season sales (always try to buy one year ahead in off season so you may find the best deals), couponing, or in resale sales (I'll be posting some children's resale places that I love to go to when they get closer in time. JUST a reminder you must get there super early in order to get a good spot, or volunteer to get the best deals).

 

My pre-schooler

I just wanted to talk today about my little angel. He started school this past September and has been learning so much on a daily basis. But we have a little issue....he misses being home...I don't know about you but it breaks my heart to see him cry on a daily basis...Therefore I did the unmentionable...I pulled him out of All Day pre-school and only have him there two days a week for half a day.  Now he's alot happier and enjoys going to school...But of course there's always a but....His curriculum got cut in half...So I have to step in now...I have been reading all these amazing blogs of moms that teach there children...either they teach only part-time or are homeschooling completely...I don't plan to do the homeschooling completely but I do want to participate in my child's education. I'm only going to be teaching one because my princess is only six months now and the only things that I have to do is teach her the basics of movement, vision,oral and concept that babies require.  But I do plan to do a head start on her education...Here's a picture of my two lovely children....

      My Brenden with his LeapPad.  This has really been really helpful in ALL types of educational aspects...I can seriously give it a 100% must have for a child.

And here's my beautiful Bella....She crawls backwards...it's too funny..she grabs, pulls, licks and much more..

But I wanted to share with you all some forms that I made myself for lesson planner, logbooks, suggested readings and attendance forms..They are all blank so you may print them out and fill them yourselves...I was looking for some and had a hard time therefore I made them using simple excel with some clip art...I hope you enjoy them....

The start of the weight loss...

Well hello everyone as I said I would be posting a picture of myself before the start of the diet/ exercise so everyone could see the weekly progressions of my physical appearance.  I will be posting tomorrow my weekly exercise schedule and my body measurements.  I'm being realistic and I know that it will take some time.  But I want to do it right for my family...Stay connected and see the changes!!! WEIGHT PLEASE COME OFF  :)

I gained alot of weight my third time around.  I know that I did.  I indulged in things that I shouldn't have but I knew that this was going to be the last time. I wish that you will ALL motivate me to lose it....

Really hard the third time!!!

Hi everyone I was just getting tired of not being motivated after my third baby...a beautiful girl that is...that I decided to do this blog. I have an amazing supportive husband and handsome little guy that keep me occupied at home. Therefore I thought that by posting my weight loss and how hard it really is, I would finally get started in losing the weight and doing it in a healthy way.  Any female that has kids and a family to run, knows how hard it is to lose the weight once the baby is born.  I will be posting my weight loss adventure for all of you to see. But most importantly for everyone to see that it can be done in a healthy manner.  If anyone has any type of comments, good or bad are accepted, concerning my ways of losing the weight please don't hesitate to let me  know.  I love to hear other peoples point of views and even try them out.  Hey and if you even want to join in the weight loss  DO IT!!!! Exercising and eating right is a good thing that everyone should be doing it. Letting your family see that you are being healthy will motivate them to do the same....So this coming Sunday I'll be posting my first picture and letting you all know what my weekly schedule will be. I'll be posting pictures on a weekly basis and my schedules too. Remember that I will be accepting any comments please....I can't wait to start on this journey.....
